NetStack · Telecoms & Fibre

Field software for telecoms & fibre contractors

Surveys, installs, cutovers, SLAs and billing — one system, built on real DWDM delivery in South Africa.

Everything included — no modules

Nothing to switch on. Nothing per head.

One price by the size of your team. No VAT is charged. Cancel anytime.

Your stack comes complete

Every capability a telecoms & fibre business needs is in NetStack from day one — quoting, projects, dispatch, the crew app, tickets, stock, HSE and the numbers. No module menu, no add-ons.

Priced by team size, not per head

One monthly price for your whole team, in bands from up to 3 users to unlimited. Per-user tools charge R700–R1,300 a head every month.

Office and field on one plan.

Technicians and crews log hours, progress and notes from the crew app or a Telegram-bound link — every person is one user on the same band, with no per-head licences.

Built for how you work

How a project runs through NetStack.

The same words, stages and hand-offs your office and crews already use — in one system instead of a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a filing cabinet.

  1. 01

Upload the Statement of Work and AI drafts a phased project plan — sites, links, tasks and hours — for your PM to review, not re-type.

    Included
  2. 02

Quote off the BOM/BOS: AI drafts the equipment and labour lines, you pick rates from your pricebook, an AI commercial review checks the margin, and a branded PDF or Excel goes to the client.

    Included
  3. 03

The lead engineer accepts the plan and sets kickoff from a link; every engineer posts a daily update from theirs. Planned-vs-actual rolls up on its own.

    Included
  4. 04

Faults and maintenance run as tickets with live SLA timers by priority — Critical 30 min / 4 h down to Low 8 h / 72 h — and billable hours become an invoice record.

    Included
  5. 05

Survey a site's whole network once — cabinets, switches, ports and patching to the client's naming convention, rack elevations, RAG condition — then report per site, per client, per month.

What's in NetStack

All of it. On every band.

Included is built and in use today.Set up for you is configuration we do with you at onboarding.

  • Telecoms quote packIncluded

project or standalone quotes (cabling, LEO, resource supply, support, SLA), once-off or recurring with SLA severity tiers, AI-drafted lines from a BOM/BOS, and an AI margin review.

  • Pricebook by role and rate typeIncluded

hourly, daily, monthly — with AI import of any rate sheet and a learning loop that suggests rate updates from what your PMs actually charge.

  • Moldable project plansIncluded

supply-only, labour-only, CAB, Smallworld dependency, recovery — or AI-drafted from the SOW; Excel plan import for live programmes; acceptance gate with kickoff; auto-schedule at crew capacity.

  • Network surveysIncluded

persistent site asset base, port-level patching, drag-and-drop rack elevations, photos, ITU-T X.733 severity findings and a RAG rollup with cited standards; per-survey, per-client and portfolio reports.

  • Team loadIncluded

every engineer's allocation across in-flight projects, over-allocation flags and who still owes today's update.

  • Handover readiness gateIncluded

patching and labelling verified on site (with a photo), test results attached, as-built updated, recovered equipment returned to stores, client walked through. The project cannot reach sign-off until it passes, and a manager waiving it must write why — which then prints on the client's pack.

  • Pre-CAB gate on transmission & switching workIncluded

where a change window is in scope, the cutover tasks are held until change control, the method of procedure and back-out plan, the client notification and the standby contacts are all confirmed. The crew's phone shows NOT APPROVED before they touch a live network.

  • CRM spineIncluded

clients, sites, contacts and contracts, with monthly retainers where you have them. Every quote, job and timesheet hangs off the client.

  • Lead pipelineIncluded

a Kanban board with your own stages, a hosted web enquiry form (or a form snippet for your site), duplicate matching and templated email follow-up. Quotes and POs move the card for you.

  • Projects with an editable planIncluded

tasks, assignees, hours and dates, a change log, and planned-vs-actual as the work lands.

  • Jobs & dispatchIncluded

a weekly board by person or crew; drag a job onto a day to schedule and assign it, with a warning when someone is double-booked.

  • Crew appIncluded

an installable phone app for the people on site: today's jobs, status, subtasks, hours, notes, navigate and call the client. It keeps working with no signal: today's work is held on the phone, what the crew records is queued, and it syncs by itself when signal returns.

  • Timesheets & daily updatesIncluded

crews log hours and progress from a link, with Telegram bot binding for your team.

  • Tickets & SLAIncluded

log faults and maintenance against the client and contract, with response and resolution timers by priority, a pause while you wait on the client, and billable hours captured on the ticket to raise an invoice record.

  • Stock & assetsIncluded

materials and consumables by quantity with reorder alerts and a movement log; receive and stocktake with the phone camera; serialised kit tracked to the job it went into; an asset register with custody history.

  • HSEIncluded

a South African catalogue of certificates, medicals and appointment letters tracked to expiry, plus a client-ready Field HSE file compiled per project as a PDF.

  • Documents & exportsIncluded

typed files against each job (PO, quote, photos, as-builts, snags…), a sign-off pack PDF with handover checklist and photos, and branded Excel/PDF exports.

  • TrainingIncluded

your own SOPs as scheduled tests, hand-written or AI-drafted, with per-question results so you see what the team keeps getting wrong.

  • Business dashboardIncluded

won value against real cost and overheads, margin by client, SLA and retainer strips, a health score graded A–D, and an AI business review in plain language.

  • Your brandIncluded

logo and colours across the app, branded login link, branded PDFs and Excel.

  • Your wordsSet up for you

Projects, Tickets and module names read the way your trade talks, configured at onboarding.

  • Your stagesSet up for you

pipeline stages, contract types and HSE file indexes set up for how you sell and deliver.

Roadmap Coming, not here yet

On the NetStack roadmap.

We only sell what's built. These are next — ask on the demo where each one sits in the queue.

  • RoadmapOTDR / splice-loss test sheets per link

Questions

NetStack, straight answers.

Is this only for big operators?
No. NetStack runs a two-person ISP subcontractor as happily as a national DWDM programme — the plan molds to the scope and small teams pay the Starter band.
Our engineers won't use another app.
They don't have to. Timesheets and daily updates open from a link — Telegram-bound — and the crew app is optional.
Can we keep our own pricebook and branding?
Yes. Import any rate sheet and AI maps it into your pricebook; your logo and colours go on the app, the quotes and the exports.
