Access control & intercoms

Readers, controllers, intercoms and door hardware — designed, priced and installed off one sketch.

How it runs

Access control & intercoms on SecureStack.

Access and intercom devices (ZKTeco, Kocom and generic readers, controllers and door hardware) sit in the same catalogue as cameras, so a combined CCTV-plus-access design prices as one BOQ with one client signature.

Everything below carries a status badge — Included is built today and Roadmap is not.

Roadmap Coming, not here yet

Not built yet for access control & intercoms.

We only sell what's built. These are on the roadmap and clearly marked — ask on the demo where each one sits in the queue.

  • RoadmapCredential and user-enrolment registers handed over to the client securely
  • RoadmapDevice register per site with encrypted network records and control-room handover packs
  • RoadmapRecurring maintenance schedules generated from contracts
  • RoadmapOffline mode for the crew app (queue work on site, sync when signal returns)
  • RoadmapWhatsApp notifications to clients and crews (messages passed through at cost)
Everything in SecureStack — included

No modules. No add-ons.

Every security installers workspace gets all of this on every user band. No VAT is charged.

  • Design-to-BOQ engineIncluded

device catalogue with SA installer defaults (Hikvision, Paradox, Centurion, Kocom, ZKTeco, beams, sirens, keypads, poles), Manhattan-distance cabling to the NVR or panel with drops and uplift, labour hours to days-on-site and trips, travel from your base address.

  • Priced → Accepted → In build → As-built → Complete gates, with prices frozen at 'Priced' and your PSIRA registration on the BOQ header.Included
  • Client sign-on-glass on device or via a public link that needs no loginIncluded

    with a viewed-at stamp and A3 print.

  • Commissioning gateIncluded

every device checked against the design, recording and retention verified (with a photo of the screen), remote viewing tested on the client's own phone, serial numbers captured (with a photo), and the client walked through the system. The install cannot be handed over until it passes — this is what stops the call-back two weeks later, and it is the record you produce when a client disputes the install two years later.

  • CRM spineIncluded

clients, sites, contacts and contracts, with monthly retainers where you have them. Every quote, job and timesheet hangs off the client.

  • Lead pipelineIncluded

a Kanban board with your own stages, a hosted web enquiry form (or a form snippet for your site), duplicate matching and templated email follow-up. Quotes and POs move the card for you.

  • Installations with an editable planIncluded

tasks, assignees, hours and dates, a change log, and planned-vs-actual as the work lands.

  • Jobs & dispatchIncluded

a weekly board by person or crew; drag a job onto a day to schedule and assign it, with a warning when someone is double-booked.

  • Crew appIncluded

an installable phone app for the people on site: today's jobs, status, subtasks, hours, notes, navigate and call the client. It keeps working with no signal: today's work is held on the phone, what the crew records is queued, and it syncs by itself when signal returns.

  • Timesheets & daily updatesIncluded

crews log hours and progress from a link, with Telegram bot binding for your team.

  • Call-outs & SLAIncluded

log faults and maintenance against the client and contract, with response and resolution timers by priority, a pause while you wait on the client, and billable hours captured on the call-out to raise an invoice record.

  • Stock & assetsIncluded

materials and consumables by quantity with reorder alerts and a movement log; receive and stocktake with the phone camera; serialised kit tracked to the job it went into; an asset register with custody history.

  • HSEIncluded

a South African catalogue of certificates, medicals and appointment letters tracked to expiry, plus a client-ready Field HSE file compiled per project as a PDF.

  • Documents & exportsIncluded

typed files against each job (PO, quote, photos, as-builts, snags…), a sign-off pack PDF with handover checklist and photos, and branded Excel/PDF exports.

  • TrainingIncluded

your own SOPs as scheduled tests, hand-written or AI-drafted, with per-question results so you see what the team keeps getting wrong.

  • Business dashboardIncluded

won value against real cost and overheads, margin by client, SLA and retainer strips, a health score graded A–D, and an AI business review in plain language.

  • Your brandIncluded

logo and colours across the app, branded login link, branded PDFs and Excel.

  • Your wordsSet up for you

Installations, Call-outs and module names read the way your trade talks, configured at onboarding.

  • Your stagesSet up for you

pipeline stages, contract types and HSE file indexes set up for how you sell and deliver.
